Please note custom/import duties may be charged and it is up to the customer to cover the costs of any parcel fees.
Any orders placed after 4pm on Fridays and over the weekend wont be processed till the following Monday. Please keep this mind if you want your garment to arrive in time.

SHIPPING POLICY

All standard UK orders take approx 3-4 business days, however if orders are placed after 3pm Friday we will process your order the following Monday. Shipping times are calculated after the item has been shipped. Once orders have been placed they cannot be changed. Designed By Gigi is not responsible for any delays due to the Postal Service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered to you or to a incorrectly entered address. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customers address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing or stolen items with the appropriate postal carrier or credit card company. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that sometimes the fit isn’t right so Designed By Gigi is happy to accept any returns on items unworn within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a full refund. 

PLEASE NOTE all sale items are refunded via gift cards only, but don’t worry all our sale items will clearly state this for you. 

PLEASE NOTE return shipping isn’t covered by us, we suggest you use your local post office for the best service and tracking ID. 

Credit notes can only be used in our online store. 

RETURNING YOUR ITEM

Please take good care when trying on your items, please do not remove any kind of labels, wash labels, security tags etc. 

All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in the original packaging with the GIGI returns form included. Our returns form is enclosed with your delivery, please keep this safe and do not throw it away. You can download the returns form here. 

Please make sure your item is free of any stains, for example: make-up, fake tan or deodorant and free from any smells. Unfortunately we cannot accept items that are not in the same condition that they were received in. 

Please make sure when trying on your items that it is done with care to avoid any damage to the item. Please do not force your item on if you feel it’s too small. Designed By Gigi will not be responsible for any items that have been damaged due to ill fit. 

Please allow 10 days for your parcel to be returned to us, our customer team will send you an email to confirm we have your returned item. Once your item has been inspected by our care team and we are happy with the condition, we will re-credit your payment to the same card you purchased your item with. Returns will be processed within 7 days of receiving the item. Card refunds can take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete the returned payment but this can vary between banks. Please speak to your bank regarding processing time as we are unable to amend this. 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you item is faulty in any way please email us withing 24hrs with the following information:

Description of the fault 

Photographic evidence 

Unless proof of damage has been verified by our team, we cannot process a refund or replacement. Please do not return any damaged goods without contacting us first.
